Our refund policy is as follows: students may request to drop a course without penalty up to 14 days prior to the course. 13 to 7 days we will refund 75% of the course. 6 days to 3 days prior we will refund 50% of the course fee. 2 days prior to the course and up to the day of we will issue a 75% refund in the form of a credit 60 day credit with the Institute.

The reason we have a staggered approach to refunds is that our courses often fill up or a corporate client needs so many seats in a class. Patterns have shown that we receive the most people signing up for a course the week prior. Conversely, we hold seat for every student who commits to a class by registering for it.

If there is a significant extenuating circumstance regarding a student missing a class we will do the best we possibly can to accommodate.
