Currently our regulated courses only apply to Virginia DCJS requirements. What this means is that any student who successfully passes one of our DCJS classes may then apply for that registration category in Virginia. Once Virginia DCJS approves the student application the student then may work for a licensed security business in Virginia.

Anyone in any state may attend one of DCJS classes and then apply or not; however, you must be registered in Virginia to work in a regulated category.
