Seminar Overview

The red teaming toolkit can be applied to a wide range of problems and issues. While security is arguably the most common application of red teaming, business strategy can also benefit from systematic red teaming. The course is designed to explore the uses of strategy red teaming within the enterprise through case studies and “what-if?” exercises.
